Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using SpringBoard eLearning ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by SpringBoard Incubators Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. One account per person — sharing accounts or credentials with others is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Individual access is available on a monthly ($14.99/month) or annual ($99/year) subscription basis, billed through Stripe. Organizational access is available through separate licensing agreements with SpringBoard Incubators.

You may cancel your individual subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, lessons, quizzes, and materials on the Platform are owned by SpringBoard Incubators Inc. and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publish any Platform content without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You may not attempt to access areas of the Platform you are not authorized to use, interfere with other users' accounts, or use automated tools to scrape or download content.

6. Certificates and Badges

Certificates and badges issued by the Platform reflect completion of SpringBoard eLearning coursework. They are not industry certifications or academic credentials unless explicitly stated. SpringBoard Incubators makes no guarantee of employment or professional outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." SpringBoard Incubators is not liable for any interruption of service, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
